Quick Heal Technologies, India’s leading anti virus company is looking for technology driven professionals for Tech Support Engineers (L1) at Indore Branch.
Designation : Tech Support Engineers – L1
Location : Indore
Primary Responsibility:
- To provide L1 Tech Support to Quick Heal customers for all Quick Heal products.
- Troubleshooting & problem reporting.
- Handling escalated calls & regular cases via phone, remote & on-site.
- Conduct Quick Heal Staff Training on Quick Heal products.
- Conduct Dealer Enggs Training on Quick Heal products.
- Maintenance of CRM reports, Service Reports & Training Reports.
- In addition to the above, this profile covers pre-sales tech support also.
Desired Profile :
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 01 years experience in Trobleshooting & Networking.
Must be currently handling Tech Support (L1).
Exposure to mail servers would be preferred
Excellent Troubleshooting & Networking skills.
Local Language is a must.
Male candidates only.
Must have a 2 wheeler
